We typically only clean the back yard unless otherwise specified. The tech will collect any waste they notice on the way to your back yard as a courtesy.

Once signed up, a customer care specialist will reach out with the day of service and other information. Your day(s) service depends on your area.

This tech will send out a text message (or automated call, you can choose your preference) 20 to 60 minutes before they arrive at your property

You will receive an email communication with either a make-up day or notice that the next regular service will be longer to collect all the extra waste.

Your membership fee includes haul away of the waste collect. This leaves your trash can free of poop and it's smells.

Yes! We provide service all year round and even on some holidays.

We love cleaning with the furr babies in the yard. We only ask that if your dog is not friendly or shows signs of aggression, they are kept inside during the service for the safety of the tech and the pup.

Depending on your area, you may be provided options for the day of service. In some areas, we are only there one day per week.

We cannot promise specific times on the day of service until the tech is on their way because the tech follows the GPS routing for efficiency and that route can change

After the service is performed, the tech will send you an automated text of a "completed" message and a photo of the closed gate.
